Another new Japanese trend

AutoEuphoria

Captain Slow
Called Dajjiban

The Basics:
-Dodge Vans (I've yet to see anything else, but maybe they don't get other American vans over there)
-Lowering
-Deep dish low-offset wheels (often 6-lug RS Wats, but I've seen Diamonds and others)
-White lettered tires
-minimalist interiors (CF, racing wheels, not typical van stuff, lots of period American stickers, very eclectic)
-V8 performance mods

I might sound crazy, but I actually kind of like it. Better than giant wings and neons!

Maybe the part about making a race inspired van is new but they've been into vans for many years. When a family can only have one vehicle it just makes sense for it to be a van, you know? They used to be crazy about making vans look like bugs and shit.

They are late to the game, my dad has one of those dodge 150 vans with the 318 that's lowered with nice 16s etc exhaust blah blah. When I go home that's all I drive, it's great

I would like to be the first to welcome the Japanese to the 70s and 80s...
