A driver who was arrested after allegedly doing “doughnuts” on the Bay Bridge while other drivers blocked traffic was charged with street racing Thursday and pleaded not guilty, officials said.
Moises Rosales, 20, of San Leandro, was charged with misdemeanor street racing, exhibition of speed, reckless driving and two infractions connected to the black Ford Mustang he allegedly whipped across westbound lanes on the bridge over the weekend.
