That video is a FAKE. It was made back in 2007 as a viral video for Samsung cell phones being sold in Russia.
There were 3 videos out at that time, I'm pretty sure they were all related to juggling. One of the videos a guy was juggling shish-ka-bob's and he speared a bird while juggling.

Also the original video showed the kid moving around and I think even getting up. The kid just slipped and fell like the juggler.
