airbag blinking

my 90 stangs airbag light keeps going on and off.i think its the clockspring because last yr the horn didn't work and i played around with the wires and got it working.thats why i think its the clock spring.problem is i can't find a new one.how can i wire the airbag so the light stays off.i don't care if the airbag works or not.if anybody knows where to get a clockspring i'd appreciate it.that seems to be the easiest fix.

I would take the bulb out

Put a piece of electrical tape over the light if you dont care about it working.

Otherwise if the light just came on chances are the impact sensor might have gotten corroded.

Its easy to replace the clock spring and the air bag sensor under the hood .i have one if you still need it.

When mine did it I googled it and it said to jumper a connector in the dash near the console.

same problem with mine.if you pull the bulb there will be a series of beeping coming from the air bag module behind the radio.i just put a piece of tape over the light to not see it.
