well its designed to be put on the outside as the instructions say. Also the can itself weighed only about 15-20lbs and I only used maybe 75% of it.

I wanted a more durable surface on the outside incase of rockchips and the like. I plan on putting a lot of miles on the car. I want the bottom to look nice for as long as possible
