A local lady saw my "D" buckle, and she wanted me to make a "D" she could give to her fiancee to put in his front yard. I love my new plasma cutter:)

The leftovers:

I mounted to some square tubing, painted the tubing black to hide it and cleared the face of the D. It's just leaning on the fence here.

This is a model of a 2004 Harley Heritage Softail I did earlier this week. A guy bought for his dad. His dad has wanted one for a while, but recently got injured and can't get it now, so the son is getting this for him for a b-day gift.

Dannydodge and his cousin brought over a chopper frame yesterday that needed a couple tabs knocked off,the gas tank tabs mounted, and a hole filled in the tank . The dumb tabs were zinc coated, I've got no idea why they do that to a part that is going to be welded. Even after grinding, it was kind of a pain, but the tank is on and looks good!

Whats the dimensions and the price u charged that guy for the "D" i was thinking about gettin ahold of you for some possible wall art for my new house somehting like that (only not the detroit d) would fit great in my living room.

The D isn't a very good project to base estimates off of. I used 1/4" steel and bought a 2'x2' piece of it. That steel cost me more than I had estimated the whole project for.

The D itself was about 17" tall, and the width was 13-14".

Doing a piece for the wall I would use thinner steel which would help with the cost. If you want to shoot me an idea I can try to give you an estimate.

Thanks for the comments guys:cheers:
