99 cobra wiper control module

anyone tell me where the wiper control module is on a 99 cobra, neither the washer nor the wipers work, the column switch checks out, as well as the wiper motor. I cant get to the washer motor w/o major work, and i dont really care about it at this point.

what do you mean 'checks' out? how did you go about testing each? if the switch in the console is sending power out when turned on then its the wiring (since you already checked the motor?).

i used a dvom and the ohm readings were all within the specs given in the haynes manual, i know it isnt the best source but its what ive got, and the wipers go back and forth when hooked directly to the battery. there are 2 relays under the hood, both of which are getting 12 v, but they dont react at all to the wiper switch, neither the hi/low or the int relay, so its either a bad switch...which according to the haynes man. is good, or a break in the wire between the switch and the motor/washer motor...if i jump around the wiper control module and things work, its bad, im just not exactly sure where it is, if it doesnt make a difference, then im looking at a $109.00 switch
