i used a dvom and the ohm readings were all within the specs given in the haynes manual, i know it isnt the best source but its what ive got, and the wipers go back and forth when hooked directly to the battery. there are 2 relays under the hood, both of which are getting 12 v, but they dont react at all to the wiper switch, neither the hi/low or the int relay, so its either a bad switch...which according to the haynes man. is good, or a break in the wire between the switch and the motor/washer motor...if i jump around the wiper control module and things work, its bad, im just not exactly sure where it is, if it doesnt make a difference, then im looking at a $109.00 switch
