Im gonna guess you just want the explorer to go down the road again. I can get you some fresh E7 heads cheeaaaaaap if you only come up with a short block. Not the gt40's that came one it, but they are heads. I also have a gt40 intake off a 94-95 cobra thats laying around, its the same thing.... kinda, just in case youneed one of those.

I also work in a machine shop, so taking care of a rebuild wouldnt be difficult either.

Picked this up from a family member cheap, the truck is like new inside and out but the person who drove it overheated it, they took it to a shop and were told it needs new head gaskets, rad., and a rebuild because they got it sooooo hot, I have not taken it apart yet, but was thinking it might be easier to just throw a another motor in it.

Let me know what I'm looking at on the cheap heads and what not, if the price is good enough I just may go this route.

Thanks
Greg

E7's or a stock 351w head I can usually do for $150ish obo, with a fresh valve job, painted up with new seals. I have a few sets of e7s and 1 set of 351's. On monday Ill see if i have a 302 Block laying around, and I can also price out some .030 over pistons/rings and a bearing kit. It might be cheaper then you think. they you would just swap over your crank and rods.

Sounds good
Let me know, I've been contacted by a few different people on this already so I guess I will see who has what, and which route will be the best way to go.

Thanks
Greg
