They are great cars! I have put mine through hell over the last 70k miles and except for basic maintainence and an oil pan has performed flawlessly. I bought mine from my grandpa with 72k on the clock for $1

Probably looks just like mine.....

I can pull my pics if you like. I figured it woudl give people some idea of what your Grandpa's looks like.

Thanks for adding the pictures!! Yes looks just like that with out the tinted windows.

Hell might have to show my wife these pictures... I told her if we were to buy it that I would have to tint the windows.

How does it drive in the winter?

Drives great in the winter. I put in 3.55's and TracLoc 2 years ago and it still drives really good in the winter. I'd def. reccomend it if you are looking for a cheaper vehicle for another DD or winter ride. #4000 and the V8 it still get's like 27mpg! Plus you could store like 15 dead hookers in the trunk!

Jon. Those cars are the shit. I've owned a few Vic's and a couple Marq's. I always regret selling them once I do.

BTW winter driving? Was I the only one that drove RWD vehicles in the winter? Hell most of my winter beaters were RWD with bald tires. If I didn't need a truck you can bet I'd be rock'n a sport package Vic with fan blade Mustang wheels.

I've driven a few friends FWD cars in the winter and hate them. My first car was a 2wd Sonoma and I never put weight in the bed. Compared to that the GrandmaLS is a god in winter!

The only time I ever have owned a RWD is when I live down in GA.... But since I have been driving this thing for the last few days it is pretty sweet!

How much for a set of those maurder (spelling?) wheels go for?

I think like $800 +tires. Believe it or not they cost the same, if not, more then a set of aftermarket 18's
