97 cobra motor

one of my buddy's needs to find a 97 cobra motor he bought a car and the motors blown.and now he just wants to buy another 97 motor and drive it in stead of trying to find a 03-04 cobra motor.

I have a 1997 Mustang Cobra engine with 95K on it. It came out of an insurance buy that we got it. I personally drove the car around, got it to operating temp and everything. It ran awesome. It ran no different than my personal 96 Cobra with 54K that I just sold. Does he need a trans, or engine accessories? I got it all. Lemme know.
