'96 GM 4.3L Tune?

Is there any local ( I am at Canton/Westland) shops that can modify the PCM calibration on my '96 GM 4.3L V6?
I am looking to disable the 95mph limiter and post o2 monitoring. And depending on price have a 2nd PCM flashed to a hotter WOT calibration for 91oct.

I am also looking for a "Y" pipe. The"Y" pipe on my truck comes crushed/ovaled where it crosses under the transmission.

I had my 97 jimmy done by Mach performance in clinton twp idk if theyre still around, they used to make a turbo kit for the 4.3 and a bunch of other 4.3 parts

I used to work there. They no longer are in the auto performance business.
