96-98 NON P.I Modular 4.6 sohc cylinder head

I know someone has one laying around taking up space, it can be warped craked or whatever. Must be a Non Power Improved head, I am not looking to pay much for it either as most people will give them away if I pay the shipping. I was hoping to find one close to home for free or next to nothing.
