New to the forum, new to the mustangs.
I have a 1995 Mustang -- originally v6 - 5.0 swap
Im 20, full time college student, with no money, so bare with me lol
So for this summer, im just doing bolt ons,
Next year im doing moree..

Heres the beginning project --

New intake ----

First -- beginning


Second --- Cold air removed


Third --- Upper Intake removed


Fourth ---- Belt, Distributor removed


Fifth ---- Lower removed

tommorow, im going to be putting the new intake on
Should be a good time, ill post more pictures as the project continues on

make sure to cut the gaskets so they dont cover the intake ports, like around the edges

thanks no problem, also if the intake port on the head is bigger than the port on the intake cut the gasket to the size of the head and dremel the intake to match it, if your feelin froggy lol

the guy i got the intake from said its already ported, but it sure dont feel like it, still pretty rough on the inside

I picked up a cobra 95 intake with intake spacer, and 75 mm throttle body for a grand totalll offffffff ---- 210

Nice looking build. What gears you got in it? Those are a great way to get these cars moving. That and nitrous lol

I Got My 4.10 Gear !


Got my Motive bearing kit
Along with a new diff cover



And took it over to Mitch's House (black88coupe)

I got my Cobra Intake and Throttle Body


75mm Throttle Body



And then I had to Open up the cobra intake throttle body opening.
I cleaned it up nice, and it came out GREAT!!!

When I pulled off the stock intake, I messed up the pintel caps for the 19lb injectors, so I went out and bought 24lb injectors ... For $$ 30.00 !!!!



Then I put them on, and put the fuel rails back on!!!

Nice project! Just a heads up, its' not going to like those 24lb injectors unless you get the matching MAF and/or a tune.

Bought some tbolt screws for valve covers
and some wire loom holders off craigslist.. for $5.00 Lol
