94 Mustang Project

Little bit of an update picked up a motor,trans, exhaust for the car :D It's getting close now just need to finish the suspension Team Z should be hearing from me soon. :D Get the fuel system done and get the thing together. It has a rear with 3.73 gears I think i might hold off on the rear a bit and get everything done I need to make the car move.

Just a little 302 with TFS O ringed heads and a Vortech V2 QS with Vortech intercooler.

thats not a good combo at all for that car, you should go Terminator...oh and sell me that intake and blower. :)
 
Got my front pro stars on today. Had to take in the brake mounting bracket into work and cut about .250 off the front of it. Figured I might as well glass bead them and paint them while i have them off the car. I used a 5/16 wheel spacer. I still might have to grind on the caliper some have to wait till i buy some brake pads to do that. Need to make sure it fits with brand new pads ;)

First pic is the modified mounting bracket should of taken some before pics. Still need some center caps for the rims. :D

Well got my rear rims and my 28x12.5 ET streets mounted on them. They are only rubbing a tiny bit in one spot I'll take the hammer to the inner walls later :D Haven't taken any pics of the front since adding headlights and the cobra front bumper I picked up for $35 :D got it for $75 and sold my old one for $40 :thumbsup:

I have the front caps for the welds I still have some issues with the front brakes clearing so I haven't put them on yet. Front end currently has no springs in it so thats next on my list along with installing brand new wheel bearings and longer studs.

got it off of craigslist some guy was selling it had to drive a bit to pick it up. I couldn't pass on a matching paint cobra bumper though.
 
do you still have a AODe? my girlfreinds went in her 94 GT and I dont want her driving in winter with a trans that only has 1st and 2nd with gears so the RPM's are really high at 35mph.
 
Figure I haven't updated this in a bit. Mostly just been part collecting.

Bought all my rear end internals, Moser 33 spline 9" axles , 33 spline spool, and 9" ends for my 8.8. A strange disk brake kit... I couldn't run my stock brakes with the 9in ends. All my Team Z rear suspension parts and strange adjustable rear shocks.

Currently just waiting to get it over to TeamZ to install everything and reinforce my upper and lower torque boxes. Might get threw the floor frame ties done depending on if my cage is in the way and any added cost because of the cage. Saving Cash again and selling everything that isn't bolted down in my house!

Hope to get enough money by the start of next month.

Car is now at TeamZ getting the rear suspension done. Torque boxes welded up. Installing my axles and spool ect. I'll get pics of it all finished once I get the car back :)
 
Guy I got the car from made it. I ended up selling it Haven't decided what new hood to go with. Isn't really a high priority right now and I need to decide what brand/style to go with.
 
Picked up a little gift for the car for valentines day. Car is still at TeamZ haven't heard of any problems yet usually no news is good news :D. Hopefully I'll have enough to pick up the rest of the front suspension when I pick the car up and Suspension will be done and I can focus on getting the drivetrain and interior done.

what motor are u going with if u are going with a 351 i have a dis and coil and all the front brakets of of my old 351 all have been powder coated anyways because im going with a 05 gt moyor in my car see what happens.

any more progress on the car
