Got one. Holds air. May have the jack but I'll have to look when I get home. I am in Allen Park though.

I've got a jack as well but I'm not positive if it came out of my cobra. Looks practically brand new... I don't have any of the attaching hardware but I'd imagine you could easily find something in a junkyard. They go for 85-150 on eBay. I don't care for it so I guess you can have it for 50 with the jack. Let me know
