92 notch project

well.....just to stay in the spirit of progress, the coupe now has manual windows, locks, and new(er) door glass. thanks to "the wheelman" for the regulators and door glass!! he dipped into his private stash for those. i've also obtained a ratio corrected brake pedal for the manual brake conversion. mocking that up is on tomorrows to-do list.

Kickazz I'm feeling a road trip!!!

after spending the winter remodeling my garage addition, the mustang project comes back to life as the prodigal son returns home. the garage now has a functioning attic space, new wiring, cabinets, and plenty of lighting. i started doing the manual window conversion last evening. i gotta say, it's great to be able to walk 20 feet to work on the car. it's on now......

Glad the regulators and glass worked out. Now get the driveline dropped in. I'm ready to take my parts for a spin.

Well......I ended up selling the '92 to my buddy who's getting the project moving forward again. Here's a quick update...

My old one?

Why the sale??

Ya...That's your old one. With a slight shift in life's prorities, it just made sense to move it. The black coupe I've been hanging on to is at my buddies (the new owner of the red car) shop right now getting painted. We did some bartering with my 'vert to get the black car freshened up. It's going the street car route...Pretty much along the lines of my oldest sons red coupe. It's important that they enjoy the hobby too, as I have.
