well.......made some decent progress this weekend. motor and trans set in for final mounting. got the trans case cut down for the jw bell too. the bonus was finding that the c/m driveshaft we had on the shelf fits the coupe almost perfectly!!...it's got a billet yoke for the th400 too!! now we'll be able to set all the driveline angles when the motor/mid plate gets installed this coming week.

Bah, racecar!! Are you doing aftermarket wiring, or plan on keeping the stock harness? Not too bad to tie in those functions to a switch panel, though maybe less convenient to use.

hahahaaaaa....screw those functions....i'm gonna ebag some manual window regulators too. gotta simplify this thing a bit. i doubt we'll use much of the original wiring. i'm gonna miss the flash-to-pass though....:lol:

BTW, That is a BAD ASS Milk Crate...

hmmm....there may be some clearancing upon final assembly. the column is pretty much in mock-up status. i picked up an '89 tilter to allow for easier entry.....



btw, leave the milk crate alone. it's doing its job.....
