92 lx w/ 13.5 to 1 306

do you have a way you would like me to check The compression ratio that what the guy at the local machine shop figured it up to be but if you have a way you would like me to check it then i will to confirm.

ok Im sick of looking at this car sitting hear $6000.00 cash you put the head and intake back on and ill give you every misc for part I have with the car. Come get it this weekend. Any takers?????

Ok, I want to say that I am not bashing you here, but I am just curious how your engine guy came up with 13.5 to 1 compression. You would either need a 22.5cc dome (assuming the chamber size is still 64cc and a zero deck) or a 12.5cc dome with the heads milled to hell to get the chambers down to 54cc's. Neither case is very likely as the pistons would be completely custom, and they would produce such poor flame travel that the engine would probably run like crap. If you know what pistons are in it, it is quite easy to figure out the compression. let me know if you need some help.

If you have the head off take a picture of the pistons and then take a picture of the combustion chamber of the head. That will help these guy's know what you have. It may help you sell the car too. Best of luck with it.

Does it run or is the engine partially disassembled?

it poped a head gasket so I had the head off of it and I was goin to put it back together but with everyone ? the compression I stopped, Im in pa for the week when i get back I will try to get pics of the pistons and heads if that will help

The head is off at the moment because I had popped a head gasket, I have the new gasket and was going to put the head back on but havent yet.The head has been off a month or so but I have kept the cylinder walls oiled so they wont rust. other than that the car needs someone who wants to spend the time to tune it and work out the little bugs you get anytime you build a motor, Im getting ready to possibly move out of state and I just dont have the intrest in this car anymore.

This is a 12.23 to 1 short block when using a milled set of TW's. These pistons look very similar to the ones in your engine so I would think you are maybe at 12.5 to 1 rather than 13.5 to one.

absolute bottom dollar on the car is $5000.00 please let me know if you have any questions or things you want pictures of or if you would like to come see the car.
