9 second stock bottom end ls2

Not really that impressive in my book. What does that car weigh? It's mini tubbed, with wheelie bars and it's going 9.60's at 139? Yeah stock bottom end blah blah blah.
 
must be one of those sweet new CAI they make to looks like an intercooler, nothing like cooling ambient air with more of it :) No wonder it went so fast.
 
9.60s is still 9.60s in my book..but i do get what you sayin..must have a baby turbo on it..im assuming the car was build for a faster setup in the past...if not..well then thats just a fail after all.
 
Thats kind of lame, its a full on drag chassis with a "stock" motor. I am way more impressed by the Fbody guys going low 10's and high 9's with stock suspension and drag wheels on stock motors.
 
There are many stock bottom end LS1/LS2/LS6 motors running 9s. The issue isn't making power on stock internals, it's longevity..

Not impressed with a Cobra race car with a biult motor with a blower niether....wanna run a cam only LS motor ?$$
