well i posted my project in annother thread, but, here its is when i first bought it. it has some things done, not much yet. heres a list:
ECU is MASS AIR from a 89.
306 (short block) when I bought it (4K miles on it, give or take).
Stock 351W heads off of a 1996 E250, And the cam from that engine which was a LOW milage engine (roller)
Brand new lifters (stock rockers)
BBK cold air intake to fender
MSD 6A.
blaster 3 coil
March alternator tensioner.
BBK underdrive pulleys.

Ford racing plug wires
stock headers
older O/R Hpipe
Stainless tailpipes (need a polishing)
currently older Flowmaster muff's.(I have brand new Thrush 2 chambers and (new) stainless flow tubes to go on)
Jegster upper and lower control arms. And poly bushed in the axle. (8.8)
New rear shocks. And what I think are some aftermarket springs.(grey)
CenterForce dual friction clutch with matching pressure plate.
Ford mini starter
Pro 5.0 shifter with stock handle (and the orginal Pro 5.0 handle)
fuel pump is a year old (I dont know if its a stocker or larger)
Pony wheels with good tread all the way around.
Front and rear GT swaybars.
Stock upper and lower intakes.
BRAND NEW HEATER CORE.
Rear brakes are all new.
Traction Lok works great.
Firewall adjuster for the clutch.
Manual windows
Clean! doors, hood and trunk lid.
LX front seats (not currently in the car)
Alpine CD
Subframe conectors (welded on)

will be redoing the top end on the car hopefully next month. will be useing a e cam with eaither dooe heads (i have) or a set of gt40x heads, early explorer gt40 intake with a ported lower, a 65 or 70 mm throtle body, and a 76mm mass air with 24 lbs injectors. i also have a set of long tube headers, new h pipe and new flowmatser 2 chambers with dumps that will be going on. trying to find a 255l fuel pump to go in also before i put the bottle in.
 
agreed, both looks silly. Sounds like a nice project, almost exactly like mine. Other than the manual windows, anything else factory deleted? AC, rear defrost, etc...? looks like it might be ac deleted and defrost deleted, but not positive. I love manual window cars. :drool:
 
ac deleate and smog all gone. just have the egr left to get rid of.i still drive it everyday for now so i want to leave most things in place. and the hood was very cheap. i only paid $50 for it. i wanted a 4" cowl but found this for now. it does look better in person. over the winter it will be geting reworked a bit...
 
just ordered a e cam for it. think i am going to use the dooe heads i have, if i can figure out the push rod length i need. going to take it to milan on the 27th hopefully for the first time.
 
picked up a set of centerline auto drags for it. going to try to get them mounted up and a couple of pics tomarrow. possably going to go out to the m59 meet on thursday.

also im looking at swaping out the ebiach pro kit springs that are on the car. not sure what would be better though. looking at 4 cyl. springs, ebiach drag kit, or the "trick" springs from morroso. and im open to others. dont want to goto a coil over yet...

i picked up the intake, 65mm tb, and a t-bird 4.6 mass air today. not sure what size the mass air is, i think 70mm, but it is visably bigger then the stock 55mm. still waiting on the cam and may pick up a set of cobra roller rockers 1.7 for it also. and i am going to just use the dooe heads i have. also have a electric fan that will be going on as well. im leaveing the motor alone for a little bit still. going to milan on the 27th for the test and tune to see what it does before i do the motor and gears. also i won a $100 gift certific for spec clutches and might pick up a light weight flywheel.
 
got the cam, valve springs, retainers, locks, gasket set, 24lbs injectors, and valve covers. waiting for the 4.10 gear and rocker arms to be delivered. the lower inatke is almost done being ported. top will be port matched to lower. colling fan is on along with a mass air off a 4.6 powered lincolin the looks to be about 80mm. should have the upper and lower intake done tomarrow night. so i can start the throtle body on saterday. hopeing to have everything on and the car painted before woodward cruise.
 
still waiting on the rocker arms. just picked up my other block from the mechine shop. its getting a set of trw 11.5-1 comp. pistons, forged rods, and a new crank. hopeing to have the motor and paint done before aug 16th. i have reserved parking for the cruise just south of 13 mile.
 
DID U MOLD THE MOULDINGS IN ON THE FRONT COVER AND QTR ?

yeah. the rear bumper, side skirts, door moldings, and the front bumper/ fender extentions are all being molded in. only part thats left right now is the doors. should be going into the botth tonight or in the morning. i also finaly decided on a color. i mixed up a custom orange for it yesterday. theres alot of pearl in it. and also some orange flake. it will be sprayed before woodward, but, im not sure if i will have a chance to wetsand it and have it buffed out before then.
