I'll post pics tomorrow, but it's a black 86GT. Rebuilt motor, A9P computer with Mass air conversion and Motorsport chip. Chrome ponies blah blah. I had loaned a friend some money last May with the car as collateral. Well, it's mine now, so I'm gonna fix a couple things and probably sell it or trade it for parts for my notch. It does have a nice hatch on it :lol:

He pulled the molding off and this is just surface rust, easy fix, but need to find a new piece of molding

I have some 91LX taillights for it, these things are going in the garbage.
I still have to clean it up, just shot a couple pics to show it.
 
Hopefully I can get $1500 out of it, or trade for parts for my notch. It runs and drives just fine. I just want to fix a couple things first.

No, I did not. I have a different one. No rust at all, it is real nice. Call me if you get time about the parts I want. I am walking out the door and going to Lansing. I want to drive down or meet up with ya.
 
That doesn't look like it would take too much to restore. I guess the last thing you need is another project. I thought someone here had 85-86 tails for like 40 bucks? aimmotorsports (alex) is looking for a set of the tails you have on there. I guess he is just going to use the outer lens and tint them since they are moleded smooth. Might want to pm him and see if he wants them rather than throw them away. Just make him promise to destroy any remains of ricer from them :)
 
It has a spot I need to touch up by the sunroof, other than that, and the surface rust where the molding was, it's rust free. SOLID floors, I may strip it down and get rid of it that way to. I don't need another project, and not sure if I can get any worthwhile cash out of it.

There is a difference in the dew wipes. Look on the outside bottom of window. The 86 will be flush and metal and the 87 up will run on top of the door. It has been done, but its a pain in the ass.
 
I decided I just want to get rid of this car, all I'm going to do is fix the driverside door/molding and sell or trade it.
 
I'm just going to sell the car, I don't want another one unless it's a 87-93. I have the stuff to swap it over, but that's more of a project than I want with me working on my notch.
 
I was owed $1500, so I would hope I can get that out of it. Runs and drive good, would consider trades for 87-93 rollers, parts for my 92 notch, and or a V6 94 - ??? car.
