82 Mustang Hatchback for sale or trade

I am thinking of selling or trading my 82 mustang. Just don't have the time to complete it.
Below it the craigslist link. I have alot of new performance parts that have not been installed yet. Not everything is list in the add. I do have an excel spread sheet that list everything that I have bought for the car, again, not everything has been installed but will go with the car if I sell or trade it.

what all does it need to be finished per say? can you get more pics? What does it have for brakes?

To get it back on the road without doing the performance upgrades that I have for it you would need to completed the battery relocation, I have the positive cable ran to the back but don't have the box bolted in yet. The alternator would need to be replaced, the one on it is bad and the performance one I have is for the March pulley kit I have for to relocate it to the pass side. Car has 4 wheel disk brakes. Performance front rotors put basicly stock style rear rotors. I have a an excel spread sheet that list all of the parts that I have either installed or waiting to install.
