81 fairmont project

Got the rear end painted the other night. Im just waiting on the spherical bushings to arrive then I can put it in.

what did u use to clean the rearend? I was goin to sandblast it but Iam kinda thinkin about tryin to use a wire wheel, Iam thinkin about startin a thread on my car,

I used a cookie wheel in a few spots then just went over it with some scotchbrite pads. I wasnt going for a show piece lol just decent looking. Its gonna get dirty anyway with all the driving I plan on doing with it.

With the way Anthony is im very surprised you had to clean it at all! :lol:

Im sure im worse than he is. I had to put new studs in it, replace the pinion seal and paint it. It should be good to go now.
