I live alone and work a full time job plus OT (on swing shift) I have 1 dog, 4 cats and a turtle. Somehow they manage to be cared for and get attention. Most people with pets leave them at home all day. Since obviously people work. Dogs sleep most of the time while you are gone.

I hope your roomate never gets another animal because he clearly didn't think through the commitment he was making. Ecspecially a pit bull...seriously like the sheters aren't full of them and idiots everywhere are owning them :rant:

Without hearing the whole story there is no need to rant. You arent helping this thread. You hope he never gets another animal yet he is putting work into finding him a GOOD home? :screwy: Sorry we all cant be perfect pet owners like you lol :icon_lol:
 
Im looking for another dog I just might be interested. Do you guys have a kennel for him? My female needs a playmate.

I don't think I ever said I was perfect and I also don't think I was the only person in this thread who had something to say about the guy "getting rid" of his dog.

If he would have realized the responsibility he was taking on he wouldn't be looking for someone to take HIS dog. An animal is a life time commitment and before you get one you need to thing about ALL the things that could happen. I find it hard to believe with 2 people in a house they can't care for a dog. Not to mention the MANY other options that could be done to keep the dog. The end story is taking the easy way out.

You are right I am not helping this thread, but maybe another animal that his roommate would get without thinking it through. The only help I could give is to try and find a rescue. Which won't take owners surrenders for obvious reasons.
 
i understand everyone feeling about this ... the dog has been placed with my uncle... i am not the owner as i stated jus was try to do what was best for the animal ... thanks for everyone opion.
 
If didn't already have two id have come and gotten him already... He looks almost exactly like my female. Beautiful animal. ive looked at this post ten times wishing i hadnt gotten my new dog... hes mean as fuck to any strange animal that gets close to him and it pisses me off but i cant get rid of him now...
