79-86 Mustang Hatch Striker

Looking for a hatch striker for my '82 hatchback. Has to be from a 79-86 hatch (87-93 ones are different). Let me know what you have.

Buy a door striker from autozone and take it apart and put the new plastic on your old one. Thats what i did

Looking for a hatch striker for my '82 hatchback. Has to be from a 79-86 hatch (87-93 ones are different). Let me know what you have.

I am pretty sure that the change was in '91 or '92 so '87-'90 strikers should be OK. The new ones are a smaller diameter so they are easy to tell apart.
