1973 Chevelle - $3800 OBO
This is not my car. I am listing it for a guy my brother knows. I have only went for a ride in this car once and holy crap it was fun. i personally do not know much about it other then what he wrote down for me. Any major quastions please call Jay at 989-763-7370

468 cubic inch big block. 450-500 horsepower. ran 1/4 mile at 12.35 seconds at 108 mph.
350 turbo transmission
B.F. Goodrich tires (drag radials on back)

the car is gorgeous and is worth every dime of the asking price. however I think even at the flywheel that hp estimate may be a little high.
 
Man, you just don't see many of those cars around... It is kinda ugly, but I sorta like it because its different. Seems like a fair price to ask for it. BTW, please tell your friend to immediately ditch the bolt-on chrome exhaust tips... Talk about mullet looking:)

x2, I like it. Different is good. It needs to come down in the back, and the mullet tips need to go, but it seems like a really cool car for that price.
 
Guys don't fuck up his F/S ad please! If you aren't interested don't ruin it for those that might be.
 
haha, i enjoyed reading everyones comments. in my eyes it was all possative. i completely agree the body style is not the most appealing, but yet still nice in its own way. however the engine and the fun someone could have in this car is what the big selling points are in my opinion. i think its ugly too and i hate the color, but yet in some strange way i do like it. and its not just because it has a big block under the hood either. however i can say it runs amazingly and it performs very very well. thanks for all the possative feedback.

oh and for the money... hell yes!

hey, it's an open forum. no harm in mentioning that although it's not the most popular body style, it's uniqueness(oddness?) make it desireable just because of those attributes. for christ sakes, shouldn't you be policing the pub? somebody might be posting up a fucking picture in it......:dunno:

I love it, personally I really like that body style. the car is super cool and id love to have it, if i had the cash id be there today to pick it up, that is a killer deal and looks really clean.
Anyone that says you cant make that style look good is crazy, Now this isnt the same car, but it is the same platform and style and i think it looks badass

The buick version is pretty cool also. It's the 73 Century...I have a buddy who had one of the 728 Stage I GS 455 cars made that year.
