7.98 @ 183 street Viper vid

DAMN! Set 2 days ago none the less. The video was super annoying with "oh shit." I wonder how much boost they're pushing. I personally will take the powerglide car over the 6spd. though.

Also didnt one of this guy's vipers make the single fastest pass at the pump gas drags one year?
 
That car was also featured in TURBO magazine... 1,100whp on 93/94 ontane and 1,500+whp on C-16... He use to also own a real bad ass Supra too...
 
I think this car, at least in its' present form is a recently completed build. These are the first ETs anyone's seen posted for it on the Viper forums.

I'm under the impression a guy known as Dr Roof owns it. He did have a Viper at the Pump Gas Drags a few years back. Still has a black striped yellow GTS that's good for 8's.

Being an old fart, I can remember when it took a lot of motor and not much weight to run a 7.98.. Doing it in a fully equipped streetable car-through the mufflers is just crazy when I think back to the early Mercury Flip-Funny Cars straining to run a number like that.
