Did they get towed to Mt Clemens? I would expect that to have been expensive. I always tell my wife to get it towed to our driveway if she ever needs it.

I had my 2500 ram towed ~40 miles last year for like $175 lol.... if anything this should have been $500 or less.

Towing is such a scam. There are different rates from when you call and when the cops call. With a crash like that, even if the driver called for a tow, they same tow company might have gotten a call from the police too, so they bill at that rate.

That is why there is so much corruption in Detroit around towing - there is just so much money in it legally. U win towed me once through my GM warranty and did a great job. Never even saw the bill.

Definitely. We had an 87k tow bill for a Tractor/trailer last year. They gotta pay for those million dollar double rotators somehow. :lol:
