It is nice to have back open. Spotted at least four abandoned/distressed vehicles along the W.B. shoulder this morning. None of the vehicles had obvious reasons for being broke down.

It is nice to have it open again for sure. I think we will see issues in the spring with it. It seems the really sped up the work and it might not be the quality that it should have been.
