Yeah, I dont think the performance changes, but the AFR defintely does. Last weekend we were down in Houston for TX2K11, the EVO out friend drove down from Dallas was still on winter blend and we switched it to summer blend that Houston had and the AFR changed by over a point. She was 11.5:1 in Dallas and 12.5:1 in Houston, although the elevation changed also.I'm not as familiar with those... I have the ID's in my Evo and like them alot.
Having done a lot of reading on the various Evolution boards I've concluded that there isn't much performance difference at all with the winter/summer blends of E-85 in our area. I've had several conversations with guys who tune Evos for a living and they have told me over and over that they see no adverse effects or advantage powerwise when the summer blend hits with more ethonal in the mixture. I spoke with David Buscher several times about this issue and he assured me winter blend will still make big power, and the tuneup will change very little with summer blend. I think my TA proves his point quite well.
Here's a couple of pics...
You can buy it buy the 55 gal drum if you want consistant E-85.
What's the point of E85 if you're going to buy 55 gallon drums? At that point you might as well just run methanol.
Cool car dan! I can't wait to see it hit the streets! Great power!

That is awesome power for a 3.8 on 20psi, almost unheard of. Thats a stage motor right?
You sir have some bad ass shit. I want this TA! Ah dare to dream!...
That's bad ass, I never would have guessed it made that kinda power! I'm glad you posted this before I asked you to race my black car
dan what turbo are you using ?
