6 Cylinders + E85 + 20lbs of Boost = ?

So on gasoline it made 988hp with 25lbs and 908 @ 20psi on E85?! Craazzy!

E85 ftw!

Did you crank a lot more timing with the E85? Think about trying E98 or E100?

It will make more still on E-85 but we don't have much injector left. The injectors have about 10% left and we want to leave a small window of upside there. In order to go farther on the E-85 I need to put a set of Id220s in the car. We think it will make 1100hp at about 30lbs. I may do that later, but am going to just leave it alone for now and enjoy it.

Get the Moran Atomizers... Ryan from White Racing put those in and was about to get a lot more out of his truck...

What are you doing to account for the variability in E85? Meaning how different the blends we get up here vary (E65, E70, E80, E85) I really want to run it as well, but the tuner doesnt think its such a good idea. I just cant afford to be daily driving my mustang on $7.00 110

I'm not as familiar with those... I have the ID's in my Evo and like them alot.

Having done a lot of reading on the various Evolution boards I've concluded that there isn't much performance difference at all with the winter/summer blends of E-85 in our area. I've had several conversations with guys who tune Evos for a living and they have told me over and over that they see no adverse effects or advantage powerwise when the summer blend hits with more ethonal in the mixture. I spoke with David Buscher several times about this issue and he assured me winter blend will still make big power, and the tuneup will change very little with summer blend. I think my TA proves his point quite well.
