580,000 mile stang

Thats awesome! My 1998 v6 Mustang has 218k on it. I thought the miles I had was unheard of for the 3.8.

The fact that you can drive the same car for 500k is an amazing fact by itself.

But I love hearing about these high milage cars that need barely any work... It's awesome when you can find something that reliable.

that's awesome, but i can't help but wonder if you had a civic HX or tdi or something. i wonder how much money that would have saved you since you purchased the mustang. i'm just assuming the 3.8 does mid 20's on the highway?

1800 rpm's and i get 32 mpg

Taxis last a long time as well, but they say the seats wear out, and then they replace them. How is your driver's seat holding up?

He might save gas money, but he would be stuck driving an ugly ass civic.

Isn't castrol doing the 300,000 mile contest were if u use it they give u the blue book value of your car if u make it to 300,000? Shit u almost doubled that! Lol nice work
