If you are looking to do It on the cheep you can use 83-88 4 cylinder Ranger roters on the 79-86 V-8 & 87-93 4 cylinder spindles. You will need to swap the bearing races and be good to go. 2 right (shorter) ranger rear axles.

Can also use 87-93 V8 spindles & calipers. Use the rotors off a Lincoln Mark VII.
