5.3 motor

So we just got done doing a 5.3 motor swap out of a 04 avalanche. I hear people doing the motor swaps in mustangs and stuff. Is this motor worth keeping around? Don't hate me too much, I'm not a Chevy guy.

5.3's are a dime a dozen. But you can still get 400HP out of them if they are healthy.
