Nope. Not unless you move an accessory somewhere other than the "stock" Vortech configuration. I tried pulling that off years ago and nothing would work. I can't remember where, but the belt will rub at the bottom and it's not even close to clearing the area. Best bet, drop $20 on a used smog eliminator and just toss it in. In the time it took to pull the main bracket and put the eliminator pulley on, I probably spent 5x that amount of time screwing around w/different belts and ideas trying to make it work with bypassing the entire area.
