Not yet. I'd gone my whole life with no claims and as soon as I switched to Progressive I've had 3 in the last 6 months. While I hate every ounce of their process, disagree with their every "estimate", and overall are dissatisfied with them I would not blame them for not wanting to send me a check.
 
Just called my agent he said I will receive a check - most companies are hoping to have checks to us all by May 9th (rumor- but good source)
 
They are too busy resting everyone's policies to max coverage under the new law so that we have to jump through the hoops to get coverage lower than what we pay today ��.

I think it's a requirement that they distribute no later than May 9th. Don't let them think they are doing you a favor or something.
 
I am still waiting for Progressive too. My mail delivery is from a Detroit base post office, though, so that always adds a week.

This. These companies must have received a staggering amount of cash to distribute by May 9th. Couple months of interest is like found money to them.
 
Still waiting from State Farm... Yes, I agree, they are holding onto it for the interest to build which is bull$hit!!
