4.6 stroker in my Mach1

Dom sorry I was with a customer when you stopped by. Although I caught a glimse of some bad ass looking DSG Mach 1 that sounded like the devil himself.
thanks Matt... so far so good... doing some driving data logging this weekend to check a few things. Still will have a LOT of dialing in....a TON..
 
only got two runs today at TNT....
[email protected] drove off the line and hammered it and short shifted it seeing if all was good drove it out the back end. drove straight and brakes felt ok.
[email protected] run. 1.79 sixty but only leaving at 3500. car moved well down track but need to get used to shifting quicker than my old combo. front half not as fast it needs to be but I need to leave harder for sure! Back half was just as I thought...pulled and very fast.

Nice!! I bet that thing is a blast!!
it is a really FUN car too. docile enough for the street...loud and mean sounding but I like it. Performance on the track is good and will get better with practice. Nice to be out at the track for sure

Was the second run a 132 mph or 142? With a 1.79 60ft you would have had to let off at 1000ft and trap 10.32? Just double checking because that car has the beans for big speed.

So you had the self control to ease it out on the first pass? Excellent! There is so much more left in that car. Seat time, like they say. Congrats!

I imagine it spun the first pass after he hammered it, and got his MPH up??? I could be wrong though.

Got it, that makes sense. Wasn't looking to correct you I just figured you might still be light headed from those runs. LOL That car is a beast and it nice hearing that it's fun to drive too. Not just a race car. :)
