4.3 vortec heads....need help

I bought a 98 bravada (4.3 vortec)with a bad intake gasket....thought that was the only problem....not!
Now the bad intake gasket is replaced and it runs worse....head gasket was also bad and antifreeze is flooding out one of the cyl.
No antifreeze in the oil though.

Anyone do heads? Have heads? or have a good 4.3 vortec (vin W) long block?

Engine has developed a slight knock @ start up now.........I'm just gonna replace the engine and have the other one as a core.
