the 3 inch says 370 with 0 loss. any info about how much of a loss for say, every 100 above 370?

That I don't know exactly. I know N/A you need 2.2cfm per horsepower for a quieter, zero restriction, exhaust with zero loss. But exactly how much of a restriction it is, I don't know.
I was going to say those must only be for N/A or even possibly blower cars.
