383 stroker questions

Dang lol, so if i build a 383 stroker and put it in a foxbody it would have no problem lifting the wheels, and i have another question, Its off topic but what size slicks or radial would fit on a fox it has the 5 lug conversion and i wanted to get prostar rims and put radials or slicks on them what would work without having to modify my inner fender?

I plan to keep the car Fuel Injected, What intakes are out there for a ls based motor? What am i looking at spending on a whole ls engine?

Depends on how someone would want to buy it lol he has all of the stock stuff and he also has a cam and patriot performance heads. He hasn't told me a price yet though.

10" wide 6.5" backspace will fitg 28 10.5 slick or 275 60 15 radial. Just some hammering needed and a rollled fender lip.

I would put a good suspension on it first .
u need to build the car from the ground up .
u would be pissed if u raced a guy with half the motor but better suspension and 1. drug you and 2 pulled the wheels
but then again if he had a good suspension he proly wouldn't pull them that high lol
just my 2 pennies

Do they make pro star rims in this size? and if i use radials or slicks for daily driving ( i know not recomended) what brand would be the best

Yep the whole time i owned my car was spent upgrading the chassis mostly. Stock short block with gt 40 alum. heads and small cam went 10.3X on 175 shot. Got the car as a driver, and started with trans, suspension, rear end, cage. Last thing i changed was heads wo the GT 40 alum heads. WIth each upgrade it went a little faster by being more efficient, and safer to boot.

1000HP is worthless if you can't get it to the ground.

I would get a book and read a little. Sounds corny but it will give you a head start. Check out how to build high performance chevy's or fords. It will help you understand better and make your choices a bit easier.
