I have a shortblock currently at the machine shop for a freshening. It is comprised of:
79 Windsor block, .060" over
Stock crank ground .010"/.010"
Stock spotfaced rods with ARP rod bolts
Venolia forged .060" over flat tops
new cast iron 157 tooth flywheel or C-4 flex plate (your choice)
new damper
new rings and bearings
Balanced assembly
It was run for a couple years so it's due for a freshening
$1250 assembled, painted and ready to go.
