what is the thread picth of the air injection ports in the heads of a late 80's 351w?

yeah, those, you sure it's fine thread? I don't have the engine here, and the only heads I have , have the threaded insert/plugs in every hole, and they won't budge

just got one out, not usuable, but I know the thread now, it's course, probably 1/2"

Your gonna have to use some heat to get them out. Thats the only way I could get em out on my heads. I dont beleive they are fine thread though. I wanna say 5/8 or 7/16

yeah, i got one out by drilling, heat and easy out, just need to plug the rear ones, which are already clear

alot of the large SBF holes are 7/16 course. if they are sleeved they are most like 1/2 course.

yeah, 5/8 coarse is the size, the inner thread size of the plugs is 7/16 coarse
