thats the number of homes repoed in Michigan since the 1st of the year, and there is still 3 months to go :bs:

just buy them, and hold on to them for about 30 years, that should be around the time michigans economy straightens out!

Wow, kind of a scary statistic. But good if you are looking to buy. There are deals to be had!!

yes there are, my parents ahve been lookin for a new house upnorth for there reirement and theres some nice houses that are goign cheap

I wonder how many of those 35,000 homes were primary vs vacation / up north type properties..

It's going to be a buyers market for a while. I wouldn't buy anything right now unless you plan on holding it for a -long- time. The job loss blood bath at the autos isn't over - and that's really the main factor in our high property costs in Oakland county.

Not really banks arent shortselling any homes, theres a 2 repos on my street and the bank is not accepting offers. Im trying to buy one right now hose had 160 owed on it originally with the 30 acres, bank has split the lot to 15,12 and 3 and still wants 160 for the house and 15 acres.

I'd like to see the break down of those homes value. I've had more then one customer lose thier home. I'm not taking cheap ones either. One was a 400,000+ home. Sad state we live in right now.

BTW don't forget to vote Jenny back into office. She has done a great job so far :pow:

I was driving through a sub in Saleen these are 1.5 million and up homes 45 homes in the sub 27 are for sale and 15 are bank owned

Yea, I'd much rather vote for a Republican who inherrited a company and outsourced Michigan jobs to China.

Oh yea, and they want to legislate their interpretation of the bible. These are not freedom lovers, they are cold hearted evil bastards who will stop at nothing. They are the Taliban with different hats.

How did you find out about them? Or did you already know they were repos?

he opened a shop in asia to sell stuff in asia... not to send it back here for mad profits...

And he cut many Michigan jobs in the process.

Just a rich boy who never had to work for his money.

My brother just picked up a bank repo for $729,000...He just had the house appraised for just under a $1,000,000...lucky basturd
