306 Mustang won't start

I haven't been able to get this car started since I unloaded it off the trailer and broke off the 90 degree fitting going to trans cooler. We've done everything, new cap and rotor, new MSD high compression starter, new plugs. Made sure wires were all correct for firing order. checked the coil on a 20k meter and it shows 4,000+. The carb is a pro systems 750ddble pumper. We check the plugs and they look dry after trying to start it. Checked the spark and it doesn't look the greatest but we do have a spark. We turn on fuel pump and then the ingition and 1 pump of gas and hit the start button and it just turns over with no attempt of starting. Located in Manchester, MI. if anyone is close by and can stop out and help.

In 20deg weather it will take more than 1 pump to start.
Charge up the battery and leave the battery charger hooked up.
Turn on the fuel pump and let it run for a few seconds.
Pump the gas pedal 3 times, crank the engine over and if it fails to start right up give it a few more pumps while cranking.

Back when I had a carb'd race car. I would have to pump the shit out of the gas pedal (5-6 times) and crank it over and somtimes pump a few more times while cranking NOTE: I'm talking about very cold weather starting.

But if its not even trying to fire then its somthing else. So you pulled the number one plug and see if it has spark?.

The motor has 13 1/3 to 1 compression so it does have 110 in it. Yes we did pull #1 plug wire there is spark but not what I thought it should be.

cold weather 13:1 and 110 octane in cold is a bitch to start. You need to pump that thing about 6 time and crank it to see if it evens sputters. One pump would be a joke in a motor like that in this cold weather.

Drain the 110. Its not gonna run on 110 when its cold out. Put some 93 in it to see if it will fire..check the pick up in the dizzy make sure its not rusted or dirty.. gonna need more then one pump that's for sure.
