Hey guys. Just wanted to let you know, FHA 30 year rates have fallen to 3.25% that is the lowest they have been in over a year. Anyone on the fence about buying or refinancing their FHA loan, now is the time. As always, I'm here to answer any questions for you. M

Fixed % of 3.125 for a 15yr conv. is pretty low..

It is. It's as close to free money for 15 years as I've seen in a long time. Best rate I ever did, was a 2.75 3 years ago.
