29 is all???? Hell, I got 28 mpg on my last road trip to Chicago in my Camaro with twice the cylinders!!!:D:peelout:
 
you'll need every bit of those 29mpg for your commute. Hows the lane closures on 94 treatin ya? :lol:

My old 95 neon got 31-32 with a 5 spd. Probably the best cheap car I ever had. The sunfire would only do like 26 for the same commute.

The current slowest Motown race ever was Trbobuick in his Escort wagon against Roadrage in the Grand Am that looked like it was held together by duct tape. I believe Trbobuick took it with a mid 20 sec slip.

Yea the lane closures fucked me on monday 2 hours to get home :swear:
 
I am booked this weekend :( We will have to make it a different weekend. This should be a blast though. We should have a beater event!!! That would b sweet!
