Okay, I still have not recieved my money from the person I bought goods from over a year ago on eBay... I am still owed $25 that paypal didn't refund me... I'm looking at all my options that are left.

I have her phone number, "her address", her fathers address, her name, her fathers name, and her email address.. I've filed complaints with the NW3C and got nowhere with them - am half tempted to call their local police department and file a complaint but they'll probably shrug it off and say "Fuck off, its only $25.." -- but thats not the point... They screwed over 2 other people on eBay as well and nobody has gotten their money back... So I am assuming they screwed over more people elsewhere...

Where do I stand? Do I forget about the $25 (that would be nice to have for gas and bills)? Do I be a dick and post the phone number and address on the net? File more complaints? Do I stand on a leg anywhere legally? :dontknow:

Give me suggestions, honestly - I want my $25 and she's lucky I don't bug the shit out of her for more based off all the time and cellphone minutes I have used! :pow:

I think your options are to accept the $25 as a loss and move on with your life or try annonying the lady into refunding your money. Either way you'll lose unless your time is totally worthless.

I KNOW WHAT I'll DO!

I'll have her get a call about SNAKES, on a motherfuckin plane!

haha, followed by maybe V from V for Vandetta.... And a few other choice celebrity calls, and probably Banana Phone as well..

I have found Ebay/Paypal to be completely worthless when it comes to getting back your money. I got ripped off for $1800 for an amplifier.

Ebay just banned that account.
Paypal told me they couldn't do anything.
Amex wouldn't reverse the charges, said it was up to Paypal to fix the situation.

At this point, I'd post her up. Make a fake Ebay account and start an auction
titled "So and So is a thief". Post up all her info and let the outside world have at her. It probably won't stay up long, but could cause her some grief.
