Does anyone know anything about the northeast corner of 21 mile and fairchild. there is a bunch of off roading trails and fields and i see people playin around out there every now and then. I'm just wondering if just if anyone knows about this are. What i'd really like to know is, do the cops in the area care if you ride it? does someone own the property? theres a for sale sign on the coner, but i dont know how much of the property is for sale. anyways it looks like a good place to ride/off road with the truck. there is also an electrical station just north of it, no building just some transformers'n'shit.

If there aren't signs and you don't have to break through a gate or anything to get in it wouldn't seem like it could be trespassing I guess but I'm not familiar iwth all the laws on that.

I do know that I miss off roading my old Ranger and I'd like to see how the Bronco II faired if there is any actual terrain there.

I used to go there a lot a few years back, about 6 trucks going through the trails almost every other weekend and have never had any trouble with the cops...but then again that was 2 years ago..

Not sure if the MCSO kicks people out or not. I used to see people going around there on bmx bikes and whatever else when I was in HS (LC '01) but I don't go around LCN anymore.

If you see a car parked along the side of the road in front of someones house does it mean it is free? Or if you see "lets say" a stack of fresh cut firewood on someones yard does that mean you can just take what you need? Hate to see you go riding there with the owner NOT knowing and then you get hurt and then try and sue!

Are the keys in it? :icon_bigg

Don't really have a use for any fire wood :dontknow:

Sueing someone in that situation isn't even a thought that would cross my mind

i got 2 orv trespassing tickets there before, as long as you stay in the back you wont get fucked with...best bet is to park somewhere else off gratiot and just ride the train tracks back, that way if you do have to run you can get away without them knowing where you went...not that i have done this before though

Well I know lethalt4, and he isnt going to sue anyone. The worst they will do is tell you to leave. If you keep it up, then they will ticket you.

Who cares, lets go tear it up Dave!

Not a bad idea :mmm: the place i work backs up to the Tracks just south of 23 mile. but with my luck, i'd get caught when one of the long ass trains with a shit load of car and truck frames on it when i gotta run(their constantly run'n thru).
