2021-22 Lions thread

Just curious… which team just beat down the team with the best record in the NFL?

Rams vs Bucs? Rams win
Rams vs Cards? Rams win

Again… ‘sup?

Rams are now 9-4 and every one of their remaining games are against teams sub .500

Playoffs baby!

23-30. 3 TDs. 0 INTs. Against the team with the best record in the league? Just padding’ those stats, amirite?

First time in his CAREER he beat a team with 10 wins. He is 1-9 now against ten win teams, and 11-71 against teams with a winning record (average to good teams). He definitely has a couple easy ones coming, but Baltimore and San Fran are no gimmes (and actually currently have winning records)

They look pretty good for the Wild Card though. Maybe Staff can open up on the road at Green Bay in the middle of January - just like old times! Unlike the Lion's where he had to carry the team on his back every game, he just needs to Not Suck and the Rams have a good shot at winning.

I don’t disagree with your post. Kudos for showing up in the thread after Stafford has a really good game and he gets a win vs a really good team. The “Pad Statford” crew is predictably absent.

Literally just don't care to read your Stafford fellatio. It's borderline weird at this point.

lol I think the saying is "Even a blind ping snorts on an acorn once in a while." This is the epitome of getting a touch down down by 40 points and celebrating like you won the super bowl.

Yet, when he doesn’t win… you’re the first to pop off

Just like when he was with the Lions. Couldn't beat teams with winning records. Dude has never won a big game... still.

Stafford now 9-70 against teams with a winning record. A pick 6 every week for the last 3 weeks.

Or this gem… as if anybody is delusional enough to think that Goff is better than Stafford. The only reason you post this is because well, you have some weird obsession with hating on the guy

Well, this is just amazing. The Lions just can't help themselves. Beating the Cardinals = no longer a lock for the #1 pick AND they just would give the Rams a huge push in the NFC West.... which hurts their draft picks they got in trade from the Rams

Of course the most Lions thing to do is beat the Cardinals after they’re eliminated and tank that draft stock.

Gotta say though, they played really well on both sides of the ball from what I saw.

It's amazing how different a team can look from one week to the next.

The current players don't give a rats ass about draft position...they just want to win.

Playing with a little fear seems to work...they didn't want to get embarrassed.

With no QB worthy of the first or second or third pick they will probably go OT or DE with the first pick and maybe QB with the lower first.

Here are 3 CBS mocks.

True, let's draft another offensive lineman when their last successful pick was Lomas Brown as the number 6 overall. A bunch off pussies, with broken fingers and toes is why they have never couldn't protect Stafford or run the ball in 12 years. As long as the Ford family is involved in any way, the lions will never have a team. Their involvement is the poison fruit the continues to destroy the carrers of player that want to play and coaches that want to win. Mock drafts don't matter, we could have had that worthless Sam Bradford sissy who hid from the lions and we got Stafford who was will to waste his career for a useless ownership that didn't want to win and failed to protect their assets.
